When choosing aluminum foils, not only do we choose colors, but we also choose different types according to different needs. There are many kinds of aluminum foils which is related to plastics films and soft plastics, some of them are suitable for leather, wooden, wax cloth, some are suitable for dark oils, some are suitable for light oils. The same aluminum produced by different companies will have different models, and aluminum foils with same models will have different temperatures. So we need to know much about the models and classifications about the companies before buying.
The special application on the aluminum technology: hot stamping before printing is a new creation in the design of cigarette. Besides the requirements of stamping accuracy, smooth and slight surface, balancing and equality press, no bubble and filling in, the edge of the hot stamping patterns should not have obvious impress, and the aluminum should have good adhesion performance, and have no obvious scratch phenomenon. As we all know, the process of hot stamping means heating and pressing on paper. To glass card, we should pay much attention to protect semi-finished products. We should also reduce the possibility of distorted paper. This all will benefit to hot stamping process and will increase the pass percent of products.
On the use of hot stamping technology, there are many problems of how to improve the producing efficiency, especially technology improvement.
Hot stamping directly on the UV oil surface has high requirements to UV oil and aluminum foils. When coating, we should control the amount of oils to ensure the coating stability, and the oil should be thick and flat. To aluminum foils used for hot stamping, it should have features such as good high temperature resistance, good adhesive force, and good applicability to oils. Among all the products, this technology has little scope. In addition, aluminum foils also have requirement when hot stamping on gold, silver ink and dark oils. The big particle and rough surface of foils will affect the processing of hot stamping.
Attentions:
1、choosing proper aluminum foils according to different products. Mastering hot stamping temperature, pressure and speed carefully which will be different according to different hot stamping materials and areas.
2、mastering the speed and orientation of turning tools when cutting.
3、aluminum foils should be related to proper papers, oils, kerosene, composite glue. Products should be dry, otherwise, it will destroy the hot stamping level.
4、the normal packaging: 64cm*120m/roll, 10 rolls/carton. Width of 64cm, length of 120m or beyond 360m can be satisfied according to your requirements. (1.5m wide and 1000m to 3000m long)
5、storage: Avoid pressure, dampness, heat, and direct sunlight. Place in ventilated, shaded and cool place.
The way of cloth hot stamping: Printing bronzing pulp on textile through 33T screen printing plate. Print for at least two times. Baking for 5 to 10 minutes under 100 to 150℃. 180℃ boiling hot, more than 150 ℃ flat hot stamping. 15 to 15 seconds. This is used for thickness of 16μm. To national 12μm ones, we can adjust the temperature and times. Pressure should be more than 4kg/ cm.
Storage conditions of hot stamping foils:
(1) 5 to 20 ℃ temperature
(2) 30 to 70% humidity
(3) Place in its shape
(4) Avoid sunshine
