Hot stamping paper is a complex process, its surface looks same but quality is very different. According to the different stamping materials, we choose corresponding hot stamping foils. First of all, let’s do some analysis.
The first is the glue layer.
According to the different substrate materials, we use different resins by stamping. Such as plastic stamping, you must use the plastic adhesive layer which is suitable for hot stamping foil, PVC table cloth, hot stamping foil, adhesive layer is not very big eve under pressure. The aluminum layer and dye can firmly stick to the PVC table cloth. Partial hot cypress paper must be thick layer, and has good cement. Under normal circumstances, the major phenomenon of no heat is that stamping glue layer and substrate is not complete.
The second layer has applied the strip width.
Wide range, good quality, the text pattern or a string cable is a good stripping; and vice versa. Switching to the full leather punching needs a complete page which may not be tiny sand holes, all continuous layers should be stripped from the special release.
Third, the gloss of hot stamping will be higher if using better making aluminized layer of vacuum aluminum plating machine.
Forth, the color of high-qualified hot stamping foil is constant, and it can be resistant to ultraviolet ray, the quality of each batch color cypress paper products is not consistent, color in the sun for several hours.
Fifth, PP plastic with hot stamping paper adopted different chemicals, harmful ingredients are also different. Some PP plastic hot stamping foil cannot meet EU ROHS (SGS) inspection standards or some more stringent environmental requirements, children's toys and food packaging, hot stamping.
