Hot stamping foils are known as electrochemical aluminum in north, it is made up of polyester film (PET) and multilayer chemical coating. Polyester film thickness is usually 12 microns, the role of some of the coating is the adornment effect, and some of the performance of the coating is used to control the hot stamping foil. Coating is suitable for the different base material. Aluminum layer is used to produce reflective effect. The aluminium wire is formed under the condition of condensation to the hot stamping foil with high temperature melting sublimation in low vacuum.

Hot stamping paper features: the best temperature is 95-135 degrees. You need to choose different foils according to the different base material and design options of hot stamping materials. Hot stamping area is broader, including three kinds, one is hot stamping small strokes (small area); The second is 6 * 6 mm hot stamping on the spot (universal); Three is 10 * 10 mm hot stamping on the spot (area).
Hot stamping foil specification: 0.64 meters wide * length of 120 meters/roll; Special needs can be satisfied according to customer request, for example: 240 meters/roll, 360 meters/roll, etc.
Hot stamping foil storage precautions: under normal temperature, moisture proof, prevent pressure, prevent sunshine.
